However, if our services are unavailable for an extended period (more than 14 consecutive days), you may be eligible for a partial refund or membership extension, proportional to the duration of the disruption.
The list of participating establishments and available discounts may change over time. Such changes are a normal part of our business operations and do not entitle you to a refund. We continuously work to maintain and expand our network of partners, inspired by the comprehensive approach of community programs like Fazaa.

We will review your refund request within 7 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Memberships purchased with promotional discounts or special offers may be subject to different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase. Generally, heavily discounted or promotional memberships are non-refundable.
Gift memberships are non-refundable once activated by the recipient. Unused gift memberships may be refunded to the purchaser within 30 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee.
