Becoming a member is easy! Simply:

  4. Complete the payment process
  5. Receive your digital card immediately and physical card (if applicable) within 3-5 business days
What membership plans are available?

We offer three membership tiers:

  • Standard (AED 199/month): Basic discounts, digital card only, valid for 1 person
  • Premium (AED 499/month): Access to all discounts, physical and digital cards, valid for 2 people, priority service, and exclusive event invitations
  • Family (AED 899/month): All Premium benefits plus coverage for up to 5 family members and a dedicated account manager

How is Emirates Card different from Fazaa?

While Emirates Card is inspired by the community spirit and benefits approach of programs like Fazaa, we are a separate private entity. Fazaa is primarily designed for UAE nationals and government employees, whereas Emirates Card is open to everyone, including expatriates and tourists. How do I pay for my membership?

We accept various payment methods including:

You can choose between monthly or annual billing cycles, with annual subscriptions offering a discount equivalent to two months free.

Is there an automatic renewal for memberships?

Yes, memberships are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access to your benefits. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can request a full refund if you haven't used any discounts. After this period, refunds are generally not provided for membership fees, except in special circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I use my Emirates Card at partner establishments?

Using your Emirates Card is simple:

  1. Inform the staff that you are an Emirates Card member before ordering or making a purchase
  2. Present your physical card or digital card (via our mobile app) when requesting the bill
  3. The discount will be applied directly to your bill

Some establishments may require additional identification to verify your membership, so we recommend carrying an ID document along with your card.

Can I share my Emirates Card with friends or family?

Your Emirates Card is non-transferable and should only be used by the registered cardholder(s). The Standard plan covers 1 person, the Premium plan covers 2 people, and the Family plan covers up to 5 family members. Each covered individual will receive their own personalized card.

If you'd like to extend benefits to additional friends or family members, we offer gift memberships or the option to upgrade to a Family plan.

What if a partner establishment refuses to honor my discount?

While this rarely happens, if a partner establishment refuses to honor your discount:

  1. Double-check that the establishment is still a current partner (you can verify this in our app)
  2. Ensure you're presenting a valid, unexpired card
  3. If the issue persists, pay your bill as normal and contact our customer service team within 48 hours
  4. Provide details of the incident, including date, time, establishment name, and receipt

Our team will investigate and may issue a credit to your account if appropriate. We take these matters seriously as we're committed to maintaining the high standards inspired by community programs like Fazaa.

How do I access my digital card?

You can access your digital Emirates Card through:

  • Our mobile app (available for iOS and Android)
  • Your online account at emiratescard.shop
  • The welcome email sent after your registration

For the best experience, we recommend downloading our mobile app, which also provides up-to-date information about partner establishments and special offers.

What if I lose my physical card?

If you lose your physical Emirates Card:

  1. Log into your account immediately and report the lost card
  2. We will deactivate the lost card to prevent unauthorized use
  3. A replacement card will be issued and sent to your registered address
  4. In the meantime, you can continue to use your digital card

There is a AED 50 fee for replacement cards, which will be charged to your account.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information at any time by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Accessing the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section
  • Making the necessary changes and saving your updates

For certain changes (such as name changes), additional documentation may be required. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with these types of updates.
